Program messages
When the opt-in is implemented, customers may separately choose to receive non-marketing service messages from 844DONNYMAC LLC, such as computer repair status updates, managed web presence downtime or availability alerts, and other notices related to a service they use. Marketing texts are not part of this program.
Consent will be optional, specific to SMS, and collected with a separate unchecked checkbox during service sign-up. Consent will not be a condition of purchasing a service. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Planned sign-up disclosure: “Yes, I agree to receive service-related text messages from 844DONNYMAC LLC about computer repair status, managed web presence alerts, and support for services I use. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We will not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or lead generation. See our Privacy Policy and Service Messaging Terms.”
Opt out and help
After the SMS program is active, reply STOP to a message to opt out and HELP for help. You may also contact dmcmorris@844donnymac.com to change your messaging preference. We will honor revocation requests as required by law. A one-time confirmation of an opt-out may be sent where permitted.
To rejoin after opting out, follow the re-enrollment instructions provided for the active program. The program’s sign-up screen will link to these Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Automated voice calls
Automated or prerecorded voice notifications are not currently in service. If we introduce them, we will provide any separate consent and opt-out process required for those calls. SMS consent alone will not authorize automated or prerecorded voice calls.
